Heard on the news here in Vegas that there is alot of flooding around MT. Spokane communities. Hope it hasn't hit you! We'll be up there this summer, and will plan to do some camping with friends. Maybe you can all join us too? It will be nice to be around a camp fire--somewhereout inthe wild's north of Spokane/Coeur D Alene.

Had the chance to hear the Latin Group Son Dulce in Spokane this past MArch (drummer friend--MArtin Alfaro). They sounded gooood! I invited alot of people, and a good dozen friends/family showed up. One Latina friend commented: "finally there is a real Salsa band in Spokane---I had so much fun....im staying here".

I have heard about a cool place that I want you to look into for Dayan to perform in Corvallis. The website is:www.intabas.com
It is a really nice restaurant that has lots of different kinds of live music. Check it out. I don't know anything about how much they pay or all that but, it is impressive. I was thinking it would be nice to incorporate Corvallis in your tour when you are coming down to Eugene.

I got a call from your mom, Jade, and she told me that you are going to be playing in Corvallis on my birthday...November 10th. A bunch of us will come to see you, save some time for us to chat. Those attending are: Joan Bohn, Sibyl and her husband Bryan and Hal and Jill Bohn and maybe others. Can children come to the event? Will you have your kids with you? If so, maybe Sibyl can bring her two kids too, she has a son Finnegan, 4 years old and a second son named Keegan, born on your birthday, July 12th. He is...9 weeks old. I attended your recent concert at Cypress Community Church. What a fantastic evening of music. I love it with the walls of that church are rocked by music, other than the usual sunday morning hymns. Great show in Eugene at Cafe Luna with Keith G. Obviously you are incredible as a player, so many instruments, hard to believe you are so great on them all. You are inspiring. I can see why Keith plays with you whenever he can get you. You are the world's greatest sideman because you are like a full band all by yourself and you sing so well, too. Wish the festival in Fernie was still an annual event. Can't believe it was over four years ago that I drove down to see you and Steve in Santa Cruz. And now you're living in Washington and have a one year old WOW! I have a two year old daughter now too, Piper Santana. I have some thoughts about the alblum cover, is there a chance you could send a high definition picture of Dayan with some sunglasses on (I think I remember you saying that was an idea you had, with instruments in the shades). No smaller than 300dpi.
If possible a straight on picture, close up.
Anyway, have fun, hope all is well.!!!
