The New Year - December 28, 2007
Happy Holidays Everyone!
We are all well. Our little Ovid is now 6 months old and growing strong each day. Paulina is a joy, she's 2 and is keeping us very busy with lots to say. We have about a foot of snow outside and we are cuddling and playing music by the fire.
Dayan is getting ready to go to Cali for New Years with Keith at Don Q's.
We have begun to work on a new album. If all goes smooth we hope to be done by Spring/Summer 08.

Sorry this didn’t reach you sooner. Our 2nd child decided to come early (33 wks).
Ovid Kai was born June 19th at 10:38pm, 4lbs 7.8 oz, 18 in long. He is doing great but is still in the hospital.

New CD - May 31, 2007
Yes, we are finally done!
The new CD "Treat A Stranger Right" is at the duplicators. It took 5 days of recording & 2 days of mixing with Tim Prince at Ridge Top Sound in Aptos, CA. Then it got Mastered with Michael Romanowski in San Fransisco, CA. Garric Simonssen in Spokane, WA did the Grapics and Layout and sent it of to Sienna Digital in Menlo Park, CA.
We have the first CD release concert on June 10 at Cypress Community Church in Salinas, CA.

Back From Cali - December 10, 2006
La Familia Kai is back from 3 weeks in Northern California. We did the Far-west Folk Conference, Don Quioxte's with Keith Greeninger & John Smith, Nancy Cassidy's CD Release Party, played for the first time with Dulce (A Santa Cruz based Latin-American Band) and laid the first 11 songs for the new Gospel album (set to be released in Spring/Summer 07).
Paulina had her 1st birthday. She is walking now. We are all very happy to be home enjoying the fire.
